Make a focused change in one 2 hour session for whatever you feel stuck with. Common concerns include anxiety, burnout, parenting stress, procrastination, confidence, sleep, habits, weight concerns, phobias, and pain. Includes a personalised recording and light follow up support to help the change stick. Most clients see meaningful progress in 1 to 3 sessions. Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, you agree to these key points: • Payment is taken at the time of booking. Sessions and session bundles are non-refundable. • For multi-session pathways, please use all sessions within 90 days. • You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full to cover the reserved time. • Sessions work best when you have a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and a working camera and microphone. Headphones are recommended. • Hypnotherapy is safe and effective for many people, but it is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you are under medical supervision or unsure about suitability, please contact me before booking. • Evidence shows that results are best when you arrive on time, engage fully, and listen to your personalised audio between sessions.
