I am Jonathan, a clinical hypnotherapist and former headteacher, with a background in medical science and psychoneuroimmunology.
I bring a structured, results-focused approach that helps clients create meaningful change safely and effectively.
For almost two decades I worked in education, guiding others through challenge and change, and I saw first-hand how stress and emotional strain affect both body and mind. That experience led me to specialise in hypnotherapy that goes beyond symptom relief to reach the root of the problem and rewire it for good.
My sessions combine the precision of science with the depth of therapeutic insight, helping clients understand what has been driving their issue and how to release it. You will also receive a personalised audio to reinforce the new pathways we create together, supporting continued progress after the session.
